Return Policy – How to Return a Product

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

A customer who is also a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), and who has entered into a distance contract, may withdraw from it without providing any reasons by submitting a relevant statement within fourteen (14) days of making the payment. The customer can notify the Seller of their intention to return the goods through the customer panel or via email at: sklep@jlmretro.com.

The return procedure is individually specified in the content of the agreement accepted during the order placement. Only unused goods in their original condition are eligible for return.

The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to the seller.

If the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for any additional costs incurred.

The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in the following cases:

5.1 The provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the service was provided that after the performance by the entrepreneur, the right to withdraw from the agreement would be lost.

5.2 Where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item made according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.

5.3 Where the subject of the service is a perishable item or one with a short shelf life.

5.4 Where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after the package has been opened due to health protection, hygiene, or other reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return as they are consumables or materials that wear out:

Chemicals
Cables
Connectors
Disassembled LED lighting components
Batteries and accumulators
