The switch is sold complete WITH a surface-mounted box.

Please pay attention to the type of factory box used for each element. When creating a set consisting of several elements (sockets or switches), components should be chosen according to the type of their factory box. We offer:

• Single – a fully round box that can be installed as a standalone element.

• End – a box with one chamfered side, used as a termination element (first and last) in multi-element configurations.

• Middle – a box with two chamfered sides, used as the central connecting element in multi-element configurations.

For example, to build a set:

• Double – consisting of two end elements;

• Triple – consisting of two end elements and one middle element;

• Quadruple – consisting of two end elements and two middle elements;

• Analogously in further cases:
  5-gang frame (2 end elements and 3 middle elements),
  6-gang frame (2 end elements and 4 middle elements), etc.

Installation

Installation of LOFT surface-mounted accessories is as follows:

1. Mount the surface-mounted box to the wall using fasteners suitable for the specific surface (e.g., wall plugs).

2. Remove the front cover (unscrew in sockets; release the clips in switches).

3. Secure the accessory insert using the screws supplied with the product, fixing it to the already installed box.

4. Place the frame onto the accessory and reinstall the previously removed front cover.
